Faraday Future 2017 electric supercar

Faraday Future is a California based car company, founded in 2014. The company likes to be called as FF. They have more than 200 employees who have worked for Tesla Motors, BMW, Ferrari, GM, SpaceX and Land Rover; and currently is hiring 10 more every week. So it can be expected to have 300 employees by 2016.

The FF vehicle type may be a long, tall sedan or sleek crossover utility vehicle. It will launch its electric battery operated vehicle in 2017. As given in there site "FF launches in 2017, and follows a similar paradigm: 100% electric, zero-emission, fully-connected and personalized in ways you've never even considered possible. After all, the greatest leaps in evolution require revolution."



Some of the team members in Faraday Future, which includes:
Nick Sampson- Product architect, former vehicle and chassis engineering for Model S Tesla Motors.
Richard Kim- Founding member BMW i project
Silva Hiti- Engineering manager and technical fellow at Chevy Volt
Pontus Fontaeus- Director of interior design at Volvo
Porter Harris- Batteries, former SpaceX

FF is aiming to achieve greater energy density than any previous electric car, which means car's battery pack will be able to store more electricity in a given volume. The battery pack will be divided into many individual cells but will be designed so that individual cells or groups of cells can be replaced.
